I placed an order through the furniturebuzz.com website on 4-4-11. Immediately after completing the order, I called the customer service 888-600-8457 to confirm the delivery time. CS rep confirmed that the order would be drop shipped from the manufacturer and would arrive in 5-7 days. I stressed that the delivery time was a critical piece of this order as I needed the item for an office set up asap. He again assured me of the delivery date.
