Run for the hills if you sign a contract with these people no matter how long it is. I'be been trying to cancel, early buyout, and just making sure I don't auto renew for weeks. They simply cannot answer any direct question. It boarder line humerous. They'll get someone immediatly when you call but they just make excuses every time.
