Lawrence Rabinoff's company, New Haven Financial filed bankruptcy in order to stay all of the pending lawsuits against him but several parties prevailed and the stay was lifted. On March 29th, 2011, Larry's Chapter 11 bankruptcy was dismissed due to him not appearing for regular scheduled conference. The judge dismissed this case saying that he abandoned the case.
