Just like other complaints, Ugg boots were ordered on 12/06/2010 and received e-mail that visamasterpay had sent them payment of $89.95 USD on 12/07/2010. Given order # and merchant #9833. When boots did not arrive, I sent an e-mail to their "customer support" at a hotmail address, no reply, and when I tried calling the number, call would not go through. I don't understand why the website is still accessible to rip off others. I am trying another venue to get it removed and I have contacted credit card company to dispute payment but must wait 30 days before they will act. read full review »
