I am tired of the high charges, restrictions and contracts, and scams these companies present and then to add insult to injury extremely poor and rude customer service reps, that threaten and not to mention the charges that are unwarranted! We need more people taking the time to file actual claims to the government with details and to stand up for fair practices relative to cell phone services!!! ATT Services Sales

I have been a customer of ATT for over 4 years now. I was just threatened and treated rudely by one of their representatives while trying to renew again! - Tim "TD1694". 12:30pm MT 4/22/11. I called because I was attempting to upgrade my phone and renew my services with for another 2 years however, the online system was forcing me to choose a plan that would change what I already have when I went to check out - something NOT posted in the advertisment for upgrade options.
