AT&T IS A RIP OFF!! How is it that AT&T can push back their customer's cell phone upgrade date 7 months b/c of a late payment that didn't process through the proper channels? I am pissed and to add insult to injury AT&T charges a reactivation fee on top of your monthly bill PLUS push back your cell phone upgrade date 7 months which forces the customer to pay FULL PRICE for a cell phone that would normally be FREE if your cell is NOT in their system!!
