I am from VIZAG. my mobile no is 9963843846. on 02/04/2011. i made a easy rechage of rs 125, after getting my balance, I got a message saying cricket pack has been activated in your account and Rs 50 has been deducted from your account for the same. then at the same time i called to customer care then they deactivated that cricket pack and assured me that your money will be refunded in 01 hour.
