Hello, Please help me get my refund - I ordered a phone from T-Mobile on 22nd Mar 2011 (Order Number : 3111704226). For a " LG Optimus T™ with Google™ - Titanium Prepaid", I received the phone on 24th March 2011. I opened the package, the bubble wrap was not in there (It existed but no air in them). I opened the phone checked it throughly, Noticed that the back Battery Panel was cracked, i called t-mobile and asked them if they could send me the back cover only, they said no - I will have to send the phone back to... read full review »
