Good morning I returned a phone Nokia x3 4 times to cell c software errors .The phone was given in at The Glen. I do not know why Cell c cant replace the phone with a new phone. The Nokia x3 is a problem phone .I would prefer not getting the same phone back. The previous complaints you did not get back to me. Not sure why all the advertisements but the customers are not being helped the way they advertise the service.
