I orderd perfume early November 2010 from fragrancex .I was contacted by email from fragrancex that order had been dispatched 19/11/2011 . To date . 23/04/2011, have not received my order . Have sent numerous emails, receiving their generic replies . My last 2 emails have not been responded to . I have also asked them to cancel my order and send a refund but was meet with a ridiculous response relating to automated ordering which negates their system to do this .
