Found out that I've been charged $12/month for my membership in reservation rewards. I somehow signed up for it when buying plane tickets in February 2008 through Orbitz.com. The charges have been made to my Citibank credit card. The credit card company will not allow me a dispute past 60 days. I talked with two people up from the the initial customer service representative.
