I ordered 2 rugs 1 month ago, salesman said they would be ready to be picked up in two weeks. Well, you guessed it -they were not ! They kept saying the rugs would be in next week, well after 1 month of waiting I am just going to cancel my order and get my money back. I will never buy anything from the room place, the y don't even apologize for the inconvenience. Customers spend your money somewhere else where they care about customer service!!! read full review »
