I fell behind on my mortgage, then I was accepted for a Federal Modification...2 times. I have been given the run around for over 2 years now. I made my 2 Federal Modification payments on time; all of a sudden Chase returned me checks. When I called them I was given a different answer every time I called, and I called at least 2 times a week. I was even told "Everything will be fine Jodi".
