My son and daughter-in-law were coming home for their 14 day leave while serving in Afghanistan. After 4 days of travel they called (collect) to notify us when they would be arriving so we could pick them up. The 2 min call was $36.87. When the charge showed up in my bank statement I didn't know what it was. I called the 800 number to see what this place was and the person I spoke to did not identify the company. She was extremely rude and said I must have made or accepted a collect call from their company. That is when I realized it was the collect call from my son at the airport.
