Bought a CalFlame barbecue last spring that had a broken part. CalFlame said part is covered but ChooseDirect needs to verify my order with them. ChooseDirect listens to me but never calls back or follows through with my request. ChooseDirect now doesn't deal with CalFlame but told me a "technician" would call me back to get me the part. This was a month ago and I as always haven't gotten a call back. Has anybody out there put in a small claims lawsuit? If so how did you do it if you live in a different state than the company? read full review »
