I began ordering from Roamans after a friend gave me one of their catalogs. I placed an order for 2 tops because they were advertised as buy 1 get 1 for 99 cents. I picked out 2 different colors. The first top arrived normally. I was informed that the second color was on backorder. A little while later I received a notice that the 2nd top was backordered for an additional 2 months and I was given a choice to cancel the order or wait for delivery.
