We are seniors (67 & 71yrs) with disabilities. I was compelled to file bankruptcy, which was discharged (12/10). January 12th, Wells Fargo Bank demanded that we pay $1, 680.54, or they will reposses our vehicle. February 3rd, we made arrangements with the Branch Mgr. to make the payment & hadn't heard from Wells Fargo, until State Recovery rang our doorbell on 4/11 at 2:45am.
