Two weeoks ago I set up an appointment with Sears applaince repair to fix our dishwasher. The earliest Saturday they had was in two weeks. We waitied the two weeks and then had to wait for a four hour window. I verfified the appointment twice during the day and both times were told everything is on schedule. The window was from 1 to 5 and at 5 the technician called my wife and said he would be running late.
