I called during 4-5 PM EST to downgrade my Hindi mega pack to Hindi Super pack and add Dish America pack. I was told that it requires Digital Receiver(as Dish America needs that). After seeing my track record-Support person(lady) agreed for free upgrade to Digital receiver without any contract obligation or any fees. The new receiver will be shipped to me. I couldn't see the change in another 2-3 years and then called back during 8-9 PM EST.Before that i had a chat session for 15-20 minutes but nothing can be conveyed.
