As I am working in Thailand, I tried many many times to unblock my mobile so that it works with Thai sim card. I was told that they would text me an unblocking code in the coming week. I thanked them as it ment that I could switch my mobile off and not get charged silly money on roaming charges. I tried switching my mobile on briefly over the next week and received no text with unblocking code. Only a message to call back as they had been trying to call me!!!
