I received a delivery from Cal-Pacific (a large box of tools). I called and advised them that I did not order anything, nor have I ever spoken to anyone from their company. Their customer service person told me that I did order. She would not believe me when I told her I have never ordered, nor spoken with anyone. I told her that I wanted them to send me a return receipt, as I was NOT paying to return the items. She said I did order them - very rudely - and said she would have the owner call me.
