Mongo Card is definitely a scam. In speaking to someone on their customer service line I was a little surprised with the attitude, as though the individual was defensive. I requested a full cancellation and refund and was told that I would have to call back ten days from the charge and request the refund again, but the funds were withdrawn from the account.
