About 5 years ago I purchased I Am Big Brother from IAmBigBrother.com. It is a program that records keystrokes and screen shots. At least it used to be. My computer crashed and I lost everything including the registration key. At the time this happened, I had the program for over a year. And it worked as described. So several years later, March 22, 2009, I downloaded it again. I NEVER got it to work. I tried to uninstall, reinstall, tried to email for support, NOTHING. I never received a registration key.
