Hello, I Gave my laptop to HP for the repair on 4th april 2011 and its been 20 days and they are not able to trace my laptop. I called staples and HP both, HP's customer service is so bad they are just giving me run around and not giving me the exact solution. I bought this laptop on 15th december 2010 and with in 3 months the laptop stopped working. I have the receipt from staples that they sent the laptop to HP. The HP customer service people never call back and very poor service. I should have not bought an HP laptop. I hope this thing gets resolved soon. Thanks, Raman read full review »
