At the eleventh hour, owner John Ripoli stepped in and gutted a deal to buy a Prius that had been 2 weeks and many, many hours of my time (and his staff’s time) in the making. After they took a down payment, had the contract drawn up, and had me sign the contract, he stepped in and tried to extort an extra $600 (plus tax).
