My daughter was rear ended by a Fred Loya Insured while driving my car. It was 100% liability on the Fred Loya Insured Driver. The settlement they offered was for $338.06. A full rear bumper replacement is necessary. A after market bumber is more than the settlement, and labor and paint would bring the total to well over $1000.
