AT&T long distance has opened a fradulent account in my name and billed me for 3 months of fees. I have no account with them and when I try to contact them they won't email me back. I tried to call them and I get sent to the bill pay department customer service says 'they will help me when my account is up to date'. When the bill pay department 'transfers' me to the customer service I get disconnected! I went through this with them 3 years ago and it took almost a year to get them to leave me alone.
