I bought a watch from their website in February 2009, I eventually received a package towards the end of March, but they sent me the wrong watch. When I informed them about their error, they assured me that it would be no problem exchanging it for the watch I ordered, this was on 22 March 2009. I sent back the wrong watch to them on 26 March 2009 and let them know that it was sent back. I have not heard anything from them since 22 March 2009.
