GMAC Mortgage is foreclosing on my home and I have made all my payments in full and all on time. I have all my returned checks but GMAC is not interested in discussing it. My profession is a bookkeeper. GMAC is currently reporting me 180 days late to the credit agencies. They have physically gone to the property and told my tenant they are the lender of the property and that I am in default on my loan. GMAC is charging me for these visits to my property.
