I am getting really tired of my DirecTV cable service. Besides that I'm paying $40/month for about 8 channels outside the regular broadcast channels (half of which suck anyway), they just recently stuck me with a Protection Plan for a minimum of 12 months. I made a service call and was told that because it was my first time, the fee would be waived. Now I go to look at the bill and yes they waived the fee, but they stuck me with a Protection Plan.
