The lines are so overloaded that everyone in this area is getting extremely slow speeds, slower than dial-up. They are well aware of the problem and keep saying it will be fixed soon but it has been months. They should be reducing the rate temporarily while it's not working but are refusing. They insist on charging for fast speed $36. a month for slower than dial up speed. They claim there's no way to adjust the bill. They've given me nothing but a run around. Terrible customer service!
