I charge appeared on my phone bill for $14.95 AFTER the phone service should have been disconnected. I tried phoning the company twice and each time they say they are busy helping other customers and suggest that I please call back. I am calling during normal business hours and I do not mind holding to get this cleared up but there is no way to get through! read full review »
