I was instructed to go to the website [email protected] to get my refund back and found that there isn't such a address. What I found was a complaint board about this address. I haven taken a loss of $189.74 and would like to know when I will receive my refund. Although I was told I had seven days to respond before my account was debited the $94.89 I also did not see this when I made the purchase.
