On november 7 we bought and payd Uggs from Cheapugg2u.com. They say they have sended out the package but we never received it. Also we couldn't collect the package ourselves, because nobody knew where the package was. We've tried several post-offices. Now the package is still with Cheapugg2u.com. They will not send it to us, or we have to pay $ 50, = extra on top. We don't think we will receive the package then, it is just to get more money from us. It's now December 20, 2010.
