Purchased via credit card 1 pair of Ugg Boots from what appeared to be an official website. Indication was that I would receive the boots within 5 business days. I did not receive any email confirmation either. As of 12/20/2010 no boots. The charge along with forgein transaction fee was posted to my statment on 12/11/10. I see that many claims have been made against this alledged company. My credit card company indicated that this activity from this alledged company has been frequent for the past three months. Now no Christmas gift for my daughter and I am out $91.34. A class action suit should be started against this company in China!!! read full review »
