We bought two Lane Big Man chairs, (I'm 5-10, 220, not what I would call a real big man)inside of 4yrs ago. The chairs have each been in the shop twice and I have fixed broken bolts in each one myself. You just sit in the one and the leg rest pops up and you can't get it to stay down. The other one just don't hardly rock period.The repairman that worked on the chairs said Lane is a real pain to deal with and he was'nt lying!
