After having an order placed for 500+$ 4 days later I receive and EMAIL saying my shipping charges were not calculated correctly and that I need to supply them with an extra 65$ for the shipping charges. Called the company managed to get thru to shipping and receiving after being told that where I live there has to be an extra charge for air fare due to across country shipping, I told them that the charge was supposed to be applied during the order of confirmation of address, as well as that I received a 50% shipping discount clearly stated... read full review »
