I acitvated my New Cap. 1 CC and went to dinner with a group of business partners. Went to pay for said meal and it was declined. The Cap 1 fools said my card was on a Fraud alert and I would need to send them a pic of my drivers licence Birth cert and a paystub. I am a disabled vet and dont get pay stubs. This company is total scam and i dont recomend ANYONE using it. read full review »
