I bought a phone and contract for my GF. She got it and loved it. 20 days after receiving it, it broke and I went to Sprint to have them check it out and they told me I would have to take it up with the people I bought the phone from. I called up Newegg with whom I've never had anything less than a stellar experience, and they told me if I wanted the phone immediately, I would have to leave a $250 deposit and return the broken phone along with all my accessories in order to get the money back.
