My complaint is specifically focused on the grocery department. Not once have I gone into this store and found what I was looking for by thinking logically or trying to follow the hanging signs. Its like they want you to get lost, swirlling around the isles trying to find that item on your list that *should* be with (insert common item) but ISN'T. The isles are all split down the middle in order to have what they call End Caps - shelves/promotional areas at the ends of the isle.
