My Husband & I went to Jackson Hewitt to have Federal & State Tax returns prepared. The preparer didn't ask how we wanted to receive Federal Refund & he automatically cheched the AR box when we told him we wanted RAL he said the fee was more & it'd be cheaper AR. We told him we didnt care about higher fee but he didn't change it. on the 19th of april I called to check on the staus & was told it was at the office. we went to the same office only to find out they were closed until 1/9/2012.
