Wish I had looked this company up on the internet before I got taken. I responded to an internet add by calling the company. I spoke a customer service representative who told me I would get a 30-day supply of a diet pill & I would also get a $100 Walmart gift card and I had 30 days to try it. The diet pill turned out to be a 'cleansing' product which I don't believe in. The gift card was a rebate card. You have to spend $1, 000 to get the $100. I'm not surprised to read the complaint already on your website. I had the same experience & waited 3 days for pick-up without even a curtesy call. On the 3rd day I was told they would move me for free if the driver wasn't there between 2pm & 3pm. He showed up at 8pm that night. He also jacked up the price quote by over $400. That happened because the quote given underestimated the cubic feet required. I did have 6 more boxes than estimated.
