If big Lots offers aprice hold or layaway guarantee they should honor it. Who sells merchandise that someone else has paid cash money on for them to hold. Who does Big Lots Wade Green Road in Kennesaw Ga thats who does. They suck for that. Especially for us who can't afford to by furniture at bigger retailers. I think it is bad customer sevice and they need to work on that will never shop there again.I much rather pay more money for better customer service than to drive all over Atlanta for a bunch of bullshit service that they have given me.
