First off they allowed someone to open a card in my name without my permission. I have had the individual arrested and am now trying to send them the copy of the police report and fraud affidavit to get corrected and off my credit report. They have no number or legitimate address for me to accomplish this task. If in fact this company has been bought out by another collector, where is that information?
