As a listed & available lawyer for Hyatt Legal Plans (Met Law), the Law Office of Troy Moore, Houston TX, basically refuses to respond to requests for an appointment once it is known that the client is a member of a prepaid legal plan. After attempting to schedule an appointment by email on three occasions, I finally called the office directly. The secretary who schedules appointments first wanted to know in detail everything I wished to discuss with the lawyer. This is an invasion of privacy.
