Outrank.com does SEO for businesses and I signed up on the terms it is a month to month basis, I was told I could change my payment method at any time, when I call to do so, and advise them that I want to be billed and not have them automatically deduct the funds from my account they said they would take care of it, however they deducted the funds anyway from my account and when I called in to ask where the miscommunication was they said they do not offer billing that there has to be a payment on file, I spoke with the supervisor after the... read full review »
