We are owed over $27, 000.oo from usm for snow removal, dates starting back to December 3, 2010 and ending March 7, 2011. They keep prolonging this process now for weeks and months. USM keeps sending back work orders they say are wrong, we fix them and send them back. All the invoices that are correct from January, February, and March still aren't being payed.
