I purchased a mattress from Aaron's in April of 2010 under the guise I was doing so on a 90 days same as cash basis. The mattress was delivered to my home and I signed the agreement admittedly not reading every single line of the agreement. I made each payment on time and each time would get a balance of what was owed by the representative I made the payment to and I would also express how nice it was that they did 90 days same as cash and how nice it would be for the mattress to be paid for in 90 days.
