Vialets Cattery is owned by Vicki G. Brewer. She is a breeder of Russian Blue kittens. Ms. Brewer has been permanently banned from the Cat Fancier's Association and TICA. Both organizations have conducted their own investigation as Ms. Brewer, in the state of Washington, has been associated with animal neglect.
