I placed an order with eeshops.com on February 28, 2011 for a DVD 8 disc Pocoyo Box Set. I waited a couple weeks and my package had not arrived. So, I emailed concerning my issue and was provided a website along with a tracking number for my order. Finally, on April 8, 2011 my package arrived. However, instead of an 8 disc Pocoyo Box Set I received a 4 disc Pocoyo Box Set. Of course, I email immediately to make them aware of the problem. I was promised a refund of half my purchase price.
